Message from the CEO
Welcome to Hiring Pro! The project of Business Coral GmbH delivering tailored services to meet the unique needs of employers. Within 18 years of my professional career, I have always been the proponent of connecting the right candidate to the right job. From 2018 onward, I have been active to bridge the borders and empower the companies in Pakistan, UAE and Germany.
A series of events have been organized to bring all the stakeholders on board including diplomatic offices, technical institutes and ministries to streamline and channelize the recognition of foreign qualifications, immigration and emigration of skilled labor from Pakistan to UAE and Germany.
All this adds to our experience and expansion of expert team, technical institutes, partner companies and social networking to strengthen our capabilities. This enables us to perform our job of delivering the best Human Resource Services. We are the best choice when it comes to the recruitment of huge volume of diverse talent of IT professionals and skilled labors in the most speedy manner for filling of multiple positions in UAE and Germany.
Events
1.Liaison with Pakistan’s Embassy in Berlin
Business Coral has committed to Dr Faisal, the ambassador of Pakistan in Berlin for the success of the expected skilled labor programs between the Federal Employment agency of Germany and Pakistan.
3.Delegation of GB officials to Business Coral GmbH for HR Recruitment
Mr. Usman Ahmed lead delegates of the provincial government and the chamber of commerce from Gilgit and Baltistan have committed their official support to recruit skilled labor for Germany from the province
4.Vocational Training Expertise
Business Coral GmbH engages with the training instructors from government college of technology and the Ms. Raluca Calanche, nursing expert from FFM to improve the quality of the skilled labor from Pakistan.
5.Cooperation with Technical Training Institutes
Business Coral GmbH has a joint venture with LSS for upskilling the potential candidates for the Gulf countries and further programs are added to meet the basic needs of the German job market
6.Human Resource Convention in Dubai
President of Pakistan, Mr Arif Alvi and federal minister of HR development, Mr. Zulfi Bukhari have appreciated the joint working of Business Coral GmbH and Pakistan’s Consulate in Dubai in “Creating Job Opportunities”
7.Liaison with Ministries in Pakistan
Business Coral has liaison with the ministries in Punjab and Gilgit & Baltistan to ensure quality of the working environment and to initiate multiple programs of technical uplift of the workforce.
8.Business Coral GmbH & FPCCI
Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries Islamabad and business coral agreed to develop cooperation to promote modernism in industry through AI trainings courses.
9.BVMW, Business Coral & Pakistan Commercial Consulate
Frau Cornelia Gärtner of BVMW and Khawaja Khurram of Pakistan’s commercial consulate attended Business Coral office to discuss framework of cooperation for export promotion and B2B relationships.

German Consul General Eugen Wollfarth and H.E. Martin Kobler, German Ambassador for Pakistan have ensured their full support to members of German business delegation to Pakistan
